Dollar value is equal to Fundimental's of US Economy, and how many Dollars are being printed. No diferent from an equity. In that analysis Dollar is in DEEP do do, and will fall substantially as money is created and spent fighting Terror, and bouying economy. Bye bye surplus.....bye bye dollar. IMHO
