I watched the CNBC news report on Elgindy. The only thing that was new (to me) was the suggestion that Elgindy may have come to the attention of the Feds while they were back tracking the terrorist money trail. One CNBC reporter mentioned that this association could be because some of Elgindy's family members were pro-muslim activists.

The reporters took pains to mention that the Prosecutor in the case had also said that Elgindy may never be charged with things relating to 9/11 and that no charges had been filed along these lines.
