I used lots of wasabi. My Japanese colleagues and customers were somewhat surprised. To be honest, I found it kinda mild. I noticed the presentation thing. Even that squid and octopus tentacle looked pretty. Taxis can take just too damn long if you are going any distance. Same with the airport shuttles. Taking the Narita Express from Tokyo Station to Narita takes 55min. Airport shuttle is close to 2 hours. Same price (approx 3000 yen). I have a couple of Int'l expense reports to do...I dread them.
