Anyway, you are not alone in your dilemma. I got out with a profit then bought back in, and bought back in, and bought back in. It's a bit like the slot machines in a casino. I hit a bit and kept trying for more. (That was supposed to be humorous, but I'm afraid the reality is too painful to allow humor).

In any case, I'm going to support Ms. Layton as long as the company continues to exist. She came into a tough situation. Pulling it out will be difficult, but she may pull it off.

General Magic is not the worst case I've ever seen. I once worked for a company where only optimists brought their lunch. The staff worked their fannies off ... cheerfully. Not only did the company pull through, it was successful.

It can be done!
