Hi Bob & bob!

Wow, 349 posts to read (6 hours). Some progress but also a lot of bad news.

However, it was nice to see that our mosquito bites on SI were irritating enough for Ebeling to react. Big Brother is watching us!

Re number of shares:
I know there is a state authority where the number of shares authorizes/issued must be registered. The transfer agent should be able to tell which authority. Another call to Holliday?

I was sad to see the figure 250 shareholders. As far as I can tell,
we need to be 500 in order to enforce the company's reporting obligations according to the Exchange Act. Assuming they want to sell another 50 million shares, they need to bring in a lot of new investors, thereby passing the magic limit where we could demand information about: (quoting)

* its operations
* its officers, directors and certain shareholders (including salary, fringe benefits and transactions between the company and management)
* the financial condition of the business
* its competitive position and material terms of contracts

My suggestion is that we ALL send a fax to or phone this John Bates,
Patroclas' lawyer (see post #1341), demanding to be given the info above or a proof of no more than 500 shareholders, referring to the SEC Acts.

Anybody calling/talking to Boonen, ask if he still has a couple of million shares and if so, are his shares in any danger of being canceled.

Somebody mentioned a friend, not on SI, buying shares. Where did he get info about the existence of this "opportunity"? Did a broker recommend this stock? In that case, which broker?

To me, it looks perfectly clear that Ebeling & Co are setting up some deal where they can make a fortune by dumping XX millions of shares.
Simple dumping is not enough to make much money, it will just drive the price down into the sub-penny region. They must have some form of ace up their sleeve. A massive hype-campaign is to be expected. Question is how? If they can't use SI or a web-page, what remains?
EmmCom (what a joke) or Prima Capital (another joke, both signed PE)?
Some obscure investment magazines that nobody believes anyway?

So come out of the dungeon, Mr Ebeling (I assume you read this), and tell us about your plans. It will be much easier for you to have flies buzzing abround a sugar cube than a swarm of angry mosquitos scaring everybody away.

Remaining a persistent oil- or blood-sucker, (well, sucker anyway)
