Semi - Who do you suppose took an equity position in Nikon today??? EP No S*it..... Didn't know that. I'm not surprised that Nikon is right there, always have been. You know how this Process Development stuff goes, I bet every Equipment Manufacturer wants to get their tool "On The Fab Floor" for the Development. It's almost like a run-off competition. Plus, having your tool selected for an intel future Process could be worth Billions to an Equipment Manufacturer. Nothing 's decided till The Fat Lady Bin Split sings...... :-) Semi
