Home Builder Toll Brothers NYSE=TOL reporting this am and eyes can shift rapidly over to that sector as it has been one of the pillars holding up the hope of the recovery .

Before the bell today they are looking for TOL to report Q2 earnings of $62c vs yr ago of $58c....but any disappointment or cautious outlook from this homebuilder could trigger a swift and bearish swoon , for many traders been waiting for several qtrs to see this "housing bubble"
begin to pop .

TOL chart :

* also of note on May 15th the vice chairman of Toll Bros filed to sell 700K shrs , and believe he did sell shares somewhere near the new 52 week high of $31 . Not neccessarily bad news , and can't blame an insider for reaping the rewards of a job well done ( TOL has tripled since 2000) but $21mil is more than walking around money !

Any type of negative news coming out of the morning's CC , could raise some suspicions among traders and weigh on other market participants in the housing sector ....

One definitely to keep an eye on in the am ...and alot of "good" news is already priced into this stock at current levels from last earnings as with the rest in the sector.
