re: WTRS (Waters Instruments) NasdaqSC @ $12.25

this is one of the stocks in my portfolio, a maker of agricultural fencing equipment, medical devices (oximeters) and education oriented networking products and related consulting services

I highlighted this one a year ago when it was trading around $6. The company took over its main competitor in the electric fencing market, North Central Plastics and has been posting remarkably improved results quarter over quarter. The coming quarter is usually seasonally the best one..

biz.yahoo.com
valuations are still quite low - high gross margin, Price / Sales under 1, PE of 17 and the seasonally best quarters of the year just to come now..

The small outstanding numbr of shares, around 1.51m coupled with high gross margins mean that small improvements top line translate into big improvements in the bottom line. What is even better is that a 3 for 2 split was just announced: biz.yahoo.com
after this transacion there will be 2.265m shares outstanding...

yesterday WTRS posted a confirmed breakout on record volume (around 70k traded) to close on a year high 12.25. Expect more of this and a shortterm targe in the $14-18 range.. I would recommend to hold this at least until the next quarterly is being announced..

best wishes
CROSSY
