Paul, its not hard to put TCI out of business,in fact I am thinking of setting up my own HFC network and competing. Read this old article about Cedar Falls Utilities putting TCI out of business. They offer internet access via cable modems at 24.95 per month,they have a 15% penetration and have a waiting list for customers. Where is this crap outfit you like TCI? I will stand by this,that TCI is the most mismanaged,inept group of near do wells ever assembled in America. I hold and always will hold Malone up as a court jester who made a lot of money destroying a potentially great company. I still believe as history looks back Malone will be viewed as the worst CEO in American history,way more inept than Amelio at AAPL,or Ludwick at BAY.

Read that article,CFU kicked TCI's butt,I think I could too,if I can get some non-dispersion shifted fiber and a couple of EDFA's and 1550nm Yag lasers. I will love to dance on TCI's grave,but would love to see @Home become a great success after Malone dumps his stake(if he stays I believe @Home might be doomed by this fool).
