Jon GOLD is coming out of a 19 year bear market, Yes these stocks were way oversold, and so out of favor that the mention of Gold stocks 8 months ago would get me laughed at. Yes if you buy LWIN at 3 and it goes to 9 you are very clever. The fact is The US dollar is toast, and in 1-3 years out the Deflation cycle will be over and Overcapacity obsorbed. There will be huge pension responcibilities for most major western currencies nations to pay a growing aging population. Those responcibilities will force these nations to adopt massive monetary printing. At the same time Comodities infra which have been neglected for 5-10 years will be under upward pricing pressure as more of the un-developed world becomes developed. These factors will lay the seeds for inflationary trends and Fiat Currency declines. The dollar as we speak is breaking long term suport and could easily drop 10-20%. If I am wrong and deflation rules the roost, then GOLD will hold up better then currency based paper assets that are WAY OVERVALUED. IMHO
