Don't worry...fly JetBlue.

JetBlue Airways Corp., a low-fare carrier with leather seats and satellite TV for every passenger, plans to provide yoga instruction cards at each seat, showing four poses that can be achieved without removing the seatbelt.

Bally's Crunch Fitness International unit will also equip the New York-based airline's terminal at JFK International Airport with punching bags.

The yoga poses are designed as much for humor as for fitness. One pose is supposed to allow passengers to reach "an astral plane where pillows are no longer necessary."
