This just hasn't been a good year and a half, has it? Do you think the slogan "Four More Years" will work for 2004? It is a sick and demented prospect: Nukes are seen at last as what they are, terrorism weapons, useless for anything else. They worked for US-Soviet stalemate. Now they are in the hands of 2nd generation terrorists. "Have fun kids!" This pending catastrophe dwarfs the previous terrorist threats. This has to be the priority #1, ahead of all other plans.
