I could be wrong, but especially since the MER investigation, it seems to me that MER and other brokers are falling all over themselves to "slash" tech stocks to "Sell"- it seems a little late for this and I am inclined to believe this means tech has reached a bottom area (no major declines from here, meaning I think the Sept lows will hold)
