Pearly the US embraced Pakistan even with it's very checkered past ...... they received substantial financial help to restore their economy but the murderous attacks in Kashmir continued unabated and they even attacked the Parliament ......... so how much "restrain" according to Powell can one have? Keep in mind that IMHO Powell is a liability to the US and OUR FUTURE ...... at least he is clue less and as such dangerous to the world peace
