I don't see the risk/reward either way with CIEN. I also think using a cash position in a vacuum for a buying criteria is dangerous too. Many dot com holders used that same argument with poor results as the companies continued to lose money. Revenues were down 79% quarter over quarter. Last year many were talking about how easy the comparisons would be this year. How do we really know that revs can't drop another 50% from here.
