Distributors Inc. is pleased to announce today that they have signed a contract
with a reseller of medical products, and supplements for the sale of Silver
Shield(TM). The contract is for 4 years, with purchase projections of $4,000,000
per year, with first orders being shipped within 6 weeks of signing. It is
anticipated that the size of the contract will grow as the products distributed
by Bio Tech become more household names and demand increases.
The profit margins of Bio Tech on the products affected by the contract have pre
tax bottom line profit of 37.5% if management continues to control costs and
overhead at the rates projected. Leaving an annual pre tax profit from this one
contract of $1,500,000.
Bio Tech Distributors Inc. is in negotiations at this time with other
distributors for the countries of Nigeria and Australia. The annual sales goal
of Bio Tech Distributors Inc., for the product known as Silver Shield(TM) is
$12,000,000 US and profit margins are projected to hold at the 37.5% of gross
sales before taxes.
