Bob, I would listen to CIs (and Brooke). Why go long when we are not oversold on either CIs or VIX/VXN? Why not go short on a CIs sell signal and switch to long when we do get truly oversold. The CIs oscillate between very oversold and very overbought. Why change the side (long/short) before CIs give a signal?
