It was a good idea because it generated income for me while I continue to hold the stock as a long-term holding.

Is there a point when you will say this is a pos and just sell it before it's in single digits maybe ?

Yes, there is. But my perception of the company's long-term fundamentals would have to take a significant turn for the worse for that point to be achieved.
