party: bin laden bragged about crimes on video I don't see any video where tony brags about knowing about 911 ahead of time. Big difference here. If I saw a video of Tony bragging about all these crimes, I would say "send him to jail instantly." Would Lebanon hand over Bin Laden? Because of the gravity of the charges againt Bin Laden and the fact that Bin Laden bragged about the crime, I personally think they would. I doubt they'd want a bunch of nations going to their country to try and get him. Would be messy.
