I don't see it that way at all. Not even close.

Is that it? What don't you see that way? Do you disagree that it's a given that the defendant is guilty of the main charge? Or that a guilty defendant could be not guilty of a secondary charge? Or that the prosecutor's skirt is too short? Or what?
