Bob,

I had an option trade with Etrade and had my doubts on it. I had requested for the trade record and time stamps from Etrade, and failed to get them. It involved with WDC option, I posted my experience with Etrade at WDC thread, techstocks.com. As a former manager of a brokerage firm, can you tell me when a customer had doubts on the existance of a trade, what kind of document a brokerage firm can provide to prove that the trade is existed other than the confirmation letter?
