i'll say that over the years, i have had plenty of conflicts involving norton software, and have spent many hours untangling messes created by one of their programs.

but i have always been able to resolve the issues, and have preferred to stick with the brand.

where others may opt to quit norton products after the very same experiences is quite understandable to me.
