I don't think the SEC or the FBI readily give out information during the normal course of business. I would be curious to know what kinds of information Mary received from her contacts.

I have a question for you Janice.

There seems to have been a big dispute between Elgindy and Pluvia about a TERN report.
During the discussions on Raging Bull, there were various posts made to an alias by the name of Scalper.

ragingbull.lycos.com

ragingbull.lycos.com

I am not able to find any of Scalper's posts. Have you seen this before where someone's entire postings have vanished?
If they kick someone off the site, do they delete all of the posts? I may just be missing the posts because Raging Bull has an inadequate search system.

Here is something for people to mull over. It appears that Scalper was accessing Elgindy's site via an office mate. Would the person sneaking over the shoulder of the subscriber be an accessory if he traded on the information or if he went to the message boards and started defending Elgindy and supporting the Enterprise?

The various permutations on this case are going to be interesting and voluminous.
