Let's see, if Brinker said, "My Dow targets are only my minimum expectations for the market" a million times and without any further elaboration, allowing 4.5 seconds per utterance it would take him 4.5 million seconds or 1250 hours or about 52 days.

If both Granville and Mr. W. (not me) expect to be celebrating New Years with a "10,000" party and since Brinker seems certain of no bear in the next 12 months by his suggestions yesterday to dollar cost into the market over that time if not in now, (with lower rates coming too) I'm surprised he hasn't upgraded already. What's got him worried?
