I have to agree with Laz. The situation is fairly dire. There is no reconciliation without satisfying people that Chris is really penitent, and willing to make amends. Chris is still somewhat defensive, so I am trying to get him to see that there is more to do. I want to see some kind of resolution that does not shrug off his responsibility, but permits a fresh start. Otherwise, I fear this will be a running sore.......
