I don't know how you could come up with that from the two words I wrote.

You do understand the difference between knowing something first hand and second hand, right? If I ask you how you how you know that your brother is this or that, you can say, "I've known the guy my whole life." You have first hand knowledge, doesn't mean you're assumptions about him are right, just, this is how you know about him. If he's told you about his friend Harry whom you have never met for years and some one else asks you how you know about Harry you'd have to say, you know about Harry from your brother. This is second hand.

There is no circle inner or outer.
