Well, that certainly insults hicks, doesn't it? Some folks who I have met are pretty damned intelligent in what they need to do to make a living. I am not sure GW actually knows how to do anything. It has been done for him or purchased.

I had a neighbor, many believe to be a hick, who had difficulties speaking properly and effectively, but when it came to building just about anything, he was the man for the job.

GW is beyond hick, but honest.
