Yes it is a good word, I have been yammering for TQM in government for a long long time. Al Gore was supposedly going to deliver on that, but he got caught up in the corruption where the only accountability that counts, is either you are with Clinton or against him, regardless of wether or not Clinton was in violation of the law and asking his coworkers and fellow team members to violate the law and their duties or risk public smear campaign, if you are one of the lucky ones.

You too, abuse the word. Mightily.

If you weren't so overtly hostile in your antagonism of the current lawfully elected admin, and if you were not so flamboyant with your use of deceptive tactics, you would have something.

But all you do is regurgitate Carville's vomit.
