Hi Janice, I have had the same experience. When I blew the whistle on a couple of stocks and even went before the SEC as witness all they would is ask questions and gave up nothing at all. Not even a shred of information even when I persisted. They were polite and just apologized. Even at the end of the deposition I was given opportunity to speak and what not and all I got was apologies and no information.

They can't surrender any information of any kind on anything. However they will acknowledge the written correspondence though. Gosh knows I have written and sent plenty. The flow of information is strictly one way.

However I have posted they were looking for certain information as per their request.

Anyway I doubt the AG was so careless to spend all the man hours and get all the evidence but if they can;t get him for the opposite of pump & Dump (Short & Distort) Then they will nail him like they did Stven King ... Scalping his dessiminated information and disgorge his profits if any are left after this trail.

Gary
