You know what this really means don't you? They are going make you put up a new fence immediately. The day after the fence is completed, their men and equipment will show up, inform you that the fence encroaches 3 inches on to their easement, that it will have to be removed so that they can do their work, and that they do not have to put it back up. The day after their job is done and the fence still dismantled, the inspector will visit your house again and give you a second notice (and a court date). You better be careful, Missy, because everyone knows that, in Texas, it's three strikes and you're out!
