The most a short can hope for is a the value of a stock when he shorts. A pump and dump can be 10 times value and more. So often the bashers I see (and I have been called one) are offering clear evidence that investors are being misled. I sure saw you get reamed plenty of times, right up until the truth came out on the stock. All the Best Druss As far as A@P I will wait, I don't have the evidence in front of me, I am neither his judge or a jury member. I will say this is grim for him, the FBI certainly feels they have something if they are willing to move against some of their own.
