The WSJ has been running stories on "Janitor's Insurance" It's a tax advantaged way for companies to pay for programs such as medical benefits for the workers, but also for funding ESOP's and purposes as well. I did not know the specifics until reading the WSJ series about 4-6 weeks ago. The WSJ, NYTimes and Barron's are really doing some great articles the past half year. With the huge downturn in the media the companies are really vying for subscribers through more insightful analysis. John
