In reviewing the San Diego grantor/grantee index, it appears that there are a number of Lis Pendens documents. Would the Government be able to seize a trust if Amr had transfered property gained as a result of the alleged RICO conduct. So far, it appears that they have not touched any of the trusts in this index. There was a lien filed by the Government in the year 2000 which must have been as a result of the mail fraud conviction.
