Since everyone's weighing in with an opinion: well, 43 large plus hard assets isn't much in San Diego, and less where I'm at — but in some other country like Lebanon, Costa Rica, Morocco, Phillippine Islands? Hell yeah, I'd be a flight risk, too, if I were of the character bent that created Tony's previous infractions and parole violation.
Divided as these threads are these days, I'm neither an A@P apologist, nor executioner. He did good work on busting scams, but was rather a scam himself in methodology. If you're gonna be a white hat, there's a responsibility to keep the white hat clean. You drop it in the mud, and you end up with a hat just as black as yer adversaries. Of the bunch, I'm more pissed at the FBI agents who were getting paid with my tax dollars to keep some law and order around this saloon. If you can't trust the FBI with law and order, whilst you're paying them to be ... ah ... trusted with law and order, then what good are they? Swing 'em!
