I agree with you, I suggested a JV four or five years ago. What I do not understand is what the majority "owners" of Flag have to gain by not doing a JV. If not a JV why do they allow all these crazy news releases and false starts, what do they have to gain. I would love to set down with "the man" and ask him some questions, and I do not mean Murdo.
