<<"Please call us about your property code violations." >> I know a guy who got a no occupancy sticker on his door for a property code violation. Took him 3 weeks to find out what the violation was. His kitchen sink wasn't hooked up properly. The odd thing about it is, it wasn't his kitchen sink. It was a metal sink/cabinet combination in his storage area that he used for storage and a work bench. Not a pipe within 10' of it.
