They're playing catch up.They fell way behind last cycle. Now they know they must catch up just to compete. Current profitability due to cost savings are getting a bad rap - it is a blessing to not be in the red. Everything is more expensive in Europe - they'd better get with it. The spin has the market not appreciating the leadership role the internet IS CURRENTLY displaying. JMHO Bob
