Not this year since they should have at least $120M cash going into next year (mgmt indicated $150M so I'm discounting a little bit). Too early to tell about next year.

Actually John and I have discussed the company and IMO the sale last week (or week before) and now this sale are positives. You have to consider its been months since any prior sale announcements. For a while I was thinking the new product was not selling which would have meant even with the exchange transactions starting to kick in the Company would be doomed.

At least now the doom date will be pushed back (maybe the next recession.
