June 26 begins the 20 day price setting period for the perferred share conversion price to be set,and July 16 the perferred shares will start being processed
(not sold, although most will sell as soon as they can)and have to be completed by Aug 16. The higher the conversion price the lower the amount of shares that will have to be given per each perferred share so the thought is that there will be some kind of run during those 20 days to get the stock price up so there will be less shares the company has to dole out for the dividend. Fingers crossed. ;>)))!!!
