Now I'm sure you never put yourself on a XYBR list to keep up to date on your posting activities LOL. I suggest you

1) remove yourself from list as indicated in your post

2) if you feel unlawful, go to local DA, AG or US assistant AG for advice.

3) Speak to your local counsel about potential liability for defamation, slander and libel, as well as abuse of process, malicious prosecution and other very interesting torts.
