Lisa, Be careful with your short position. Any short opportunities will not last long. There is a good chance that DELL will not retreat in price. DELL is entering into its historically strongest quarter. DELL doubled in price from July to November last year. DELL's fundamentals have been altered by Compaq, HWP and IBM. They have essentially conceded that DELL has the better business model. Dropping component prices will increase unit sales and expand the PC market. This is the best possible environment for DELL. It will severely challenge less efficient manufacturers. Jim
