But, I drag my feet when you say, "So far the US has rejected any political concessions to avoid future 9-11's. This is not entirely justified, as a peace treaty has to be signed eventually with someone, you just cannot wipe everybody out."

Arafat, al Qaeda, the Saudi Prince, Iran’s Ayatollah, Iraq’s Hussein or any other terrorist's signature on a treaty is worthless -- other than as a collector’s item to sell on eBay. I would never rely on the promises of known terrorist liars for my personal safety.
