I'd like to see someone in the media or independent organization, or individual, research the content of those kinds of news releases pertaining to that particular issue, as well as others. My gripe about the media is the hundreds of millions of dollars of covert spook money and resources that go into polluting and influencing stories. The international stories are admitted by the CIA to be framed for propaganda purposes abroad. What Colby further admitted was the domestic media influence as well. Covert government-sponsored media deception in the US should be illegal, if we are to have an informed electorate that can have confidence in it. If not, there is free reign to make any kind of coercion of the electorate desired, all secret and under "national security". "Trust us", they say. "But don't look at what we're doing"
