No time for warrants. The FBI clerks can't process the paperwork fast enough, and higher-ups stonewall investigations of important terrorists. Better just to shoot them now, and clean up the paperwork later ... This "Constitution" thing, it's obsolete now, anyway, right? Kind of like a 200-year dot-com bubble, it was nice while it lasted, but now we're back into Crusades again, like we're 'posed to be.
