But I simply don't understand, on a gut level, how a person can see a viable, legitimate, and serious threat from someone who from 3,000 miles away, who the person has never met but is known only by electronic messages, when one has the simple ability to entirely eliminate any interaction with that person, to cut off every post made by or to that person and effectively not even know that the person exists. No, frankly, I don't "get" that, and, equally frankly, I doubt I ever will. And no, I'm not going to lie about that even if doing so would bring peace.
And this is why in my opinion you have mental problems that need to be addressed by a professional. The people here who are trying to help you are just not enough to help you get it I'm afraid. |
