Kris, While it may be true that SGI would have a tough time competing with the Dells and the Compaqs dont take a provincial view of the situation. They would be far behind in US but in rest of world I dont think so. I believe that SGI is better known than Gateway or Dell in most parts of the world and precisely because of its expertise in high end computers. Go to Russia, China, Japan and take a poll. SGI should use its high end fame and translate it into NT sales where no one has yet gone. It is not too late but time is running out. The Dells and Compaqs are just beginning to target these markets. This is the way for a stock price breakout.
