Dick Arms says go Long...

I am not a TA follower, but the infamous Dick Arms has issued a Buy recommendation for DRIV. He shorted DRIV at the top, covered at the bottom, and advised waiting for the the technicals to improve. He says the time is now:

"On Feb. 4, I suggested Digital River (DRIV:Nasdaq) as a short. Then, on May 2, I
suggested taking profits on the short but not yet going long. I said, at that time, that
it appeared to be finding support, hence the covering of the short position, but that
there had not yet been a sign of strength that would justify a long position. Now,
however, we have seen a move to the upside with increasing volume, followed by a
pullback on lighter volume. It now looks as though this stock could be used as a
speculative long."
