Would you call people who benefitted financially from A's probably criminal activity "honest investors"? It appears that the legal system considers their gains ill gotten and subject to forfeiture. Not to mention possible criminal proceedings against them. If they, as you, believe(d) that it was ok to operate in A's fashion because he was perceived as "fighting for the good guy", then they will not benefit at all but will be very sorry they had anything to do with A. That is what A has given them...big trouble.
So was A helping anyone????? Seems like he was dragging some possibly otherwise honest investors into the gutters with himself.
