So true. The message in Corporate America is even if you do get caught doing the white-collar crime, you likely won't do the time. And civil suits? They're a joke. Most of these corporate crooks keep a $3 million home in Florida (exempt from the long arm of the law) and assorted stashes in the Cayman Islands.

Corporate thievery is a win-win these days.
