John, I bailed out of niar at 2 friggin cents because the handwritting is on the wall. It seemed at first that this was going to be a legitimate business deal but the way things have transpired I think that you've got to get what you can get and get out asap. These bullsh!t artists are going to run this new co. into the ground with your money just like they did niar by printing their own shares. If St. Anthony's entertainment need a shell to go public, why didn't they back into NIAR? Because then they'd ACTUALLY HAVE TO PAY THE .15 !!!!!!. With introducing FTBC and then changing the name, NIAR shareholders are FUC%ED!! Lesson learned....time to move on...Any publicly offered co. that is run out of a basement of a house is probably a scam-- not allways but damn near allways!!!! See ya at the Poorhouse
